At Lorraine Lamm Midwifery (LLM) our goal is to merge ministry, midwifery and motherhood into a singular concept that will recenter our focus on womanhood, birth and all the blessings and joy that it comes with. Very few, who have experienced or witnessed childbirth walk away without acknowledging that they have just witnessed a miracle. But the miracle didn’t start at birth, in reality, the miracle starts at the time of conception, continues as the baby grows and culminates at birth. Everything that the mom sees, hears, touches, smells or tastes has an impact on the baby as it develops inside the womb. With this perspective, we begin to appreciate the importance of the state of the mind, body and soul at the time of conception, before and after birth.

Our Mission

It is our Mission to provide support, guidance and council to women seeking a pregnancy and a birthing experience that reconnects them to its miraculous nature.

Our Vision

Our vision is to grow a community, especially among the Diaspora, where we are empowered to embrace our biblical roots as it relates to womanhood, pregnancy and childbirth. A community where women, especially within the Diaspora are nurtured and guided by the wisdom and traditions from our original homeland.

Our values are supported by the belief that we are created in the image of the Most High, that we are blessed with the ability to bring forth life and this gift is a sacred responsibility that should be treasured. We also believe that as a woman and mother, we play a vital role within the family unit and as such, it is necessary to create a space where our core self is properly nurtured. It is our desire to partner with you on this journey!
